* Courier Arrangement, Send Samples to Customers – DHL & FedEx. Sort Incoming and Outgoing Mails, Delivery Man, and Vendors.
* Upkeeping Storeroom and Front Office and Office Equipment Servicing Arrangement.
* Attending to Phone Calls and Visitors (incl. Serve Drinks to Them), Restaurant Reservation / Order Lunch for Visitors.
* Update door access card records with VENDOR IN-CHARGE
* Preparing Letters and Memos
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, officially
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Reporting Location: Science Park OFFICE ( Kentridge MRT, Transfer to Bus Number 200 )
