The CRM Customer & Insights Executive will play a key role in this dynamic and fast paced team. Reporting into the CRM Customers & Insights Manager the primary purpose of the CRM Customer & Insights Executive is to help create the optimum customer experience across all lifestages. The successful candidate will be a part of campaign analysis, experimentation and customer journey planning that consistently improves incremental performance. This individual will work closely with the CRM and Data & Deployment team along with other teams across the business including Marketing Performance, BI and Data Science, Product and Commercial teams. Why we need you: Reporting into the CRM Customer & Insights Executive, the CRM Customer and Insights Exec will: Work closely with the CRM Data Analyst to identify trends and opportunities. Support the team in ensuring plans and initiatives within CRM are fully customer focused and offering the best customer experience. Help align campaign planning across both Sports and Gaming teams to ensure the best customer experience. Help review all existing customer journeys. Use innovation and CRM expertise from inside and outside of the industry to drive forward new ideas and recommendations for our customer experiences. Create monthly trend reports for CRM. Become an expert in CRM segmentation and continue to work with data, BI and commercial teams to fully understand the make up of our customer segments. Understand the commercial objectives and how insight and analysis can inform decision making to meet targets. Extract and analyse data to provide critical management information to enable decision making on the key questions facing the CRM team. Responsible for supporting the tracking, measurement and reporting of CRM OKRS and performance. Work with wider analytical teams to ensure Betfair CRM team has all necessary reports accessible. Support on Safer Gambling initiatives within CRM. What experience would make you perfect for the role? Proven experience in client-side customer focused role ideally within CRM. Experience in translating strategic requirements into clear and impactful analysis proposals. Knowledge of both marketing and technical databases/campaign management software. Eg. Adobe, Braze. Confident communicator and ability to manage stakeholders. Experience in Big Data Analytics landscape (e.g. Adobe, SQL, BI). Understanding of digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics. Innovative and technically minded. Proficient in Excel. Desirable skills: Good knowledge of sports, online gaming or gambling. Knowledge and experience of using Looker.
