Duties:
1. Promoting an innovative culture within a defined range of Curriculum areas, encouraging new ideas for delivery, development, and design.
2. Developing strategic plans to optimise productivity.
3. Reviewing and improving organisational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing staff, establishing a motivated work environment, and creating innovative improvement approaches.
4. Upholding standards of excellence and quality, including enhancing teaching, learning, and student outcomes.
5. Seeking opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.
6. Providing and analysing management information related to student examinations, assessments, entries, and exits, in line with College practices.
7. Collaborating with the Director of Quality to embed quality improvement, assurance, and self-assessment activities that add value to courses.
8. Supporting learning walk and deep dive activities in partnership with the Director of Quality.
9. Contributing to curriculum planning and quality processes, ensuring curriculum intent and development plans are aligned.
10. Ensuring all staff comply with Health and Safety regulations.
11. Ensuring study programme students fully engage with all components, including English, maths, and work experience.
