- Support the Credit Control Team Lead in managing daily credit control activities
- Assist with chasing overdue debt and ensuring timely cash collection
- Maintain accurate ledgers and communication logs
- Help prepare reports and provide input into debt management strategy
- Act as a point of contact for the team in the Team Lead's absence
