Counterbalance Forklift Drivers Needed Weekly Pay
Quest Employment is currently seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a fast-paced warehouse operation in Brackmills, Northampton.

The Role
As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, your responsibilities will include:
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift to load, unload, and transport goods
Safely stacking, palletising, and organising stock
Moving products efficiently across the warehouse
Conducting routine checks on equipment
Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
Keeping the work area clean and hazard-free
Adhering to all health and safety guidelines
Key Skills and Experience
We are looking for candidates who:
Hold a valid and in-date Counterbalance Forklift licence (ITSSAR, RTITB, or AITT)
Have previous experience within a warehouse or logistics setting
Are confident using a Counterbalance FLT in a busy environment
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organisation
Are dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
Can work effectively both independently and within a team
