Your Responsibilities
As our Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in steering the engineering management aspects of the project. You will report directly to the Project Director and be involved in:
* Tenders and ECI: Early involvement and temporary works design/advice.
* Technical Leadership: Client contact, liaison, ECI, tender optioneering, design meetings, and supporting site teams.
* Required Knowledge: Design delivery processes, project management, company procedures, and relevant legislation.
* Quality Management: Overseeing quality compliance and ensuring processes are in place to meet requirements.
* People Management: Building strong relationships, conducting site audits, and providing coaching and support.
