JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an Audit Analyst. Reporting to a Functional Work Centre Manager, Audit, you will provide analysis of customer billing, inventory, and contract data to identify areas of historical dispute and future cost savings/optimization. You will create and present monthly/quarterly audit and optimization reports in line with company standard process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Performs analysis of customer billing, inventory and contract data in order to identify areas of historical dispute and future costs savings / optimization
2. Monitors and manages client data / reporting and contract needs and reports any missing items or access levels to the Service Operations Manager (SOM)
3. Create and present monthly | quarterly audit and optimization reports in line with company standard process
4. Maintain audit tracker to ensure accurate capture and reflection of identified, implemented, achieved and rejected savings on a monthly basis
5. Support the Customer in the achievement of identified historical disputes and future cost savings / optimization
6. Monitor and track holistic client value being produced by all audit activities, for client base
7. Fields and researches audit escalations within assign client base
8. Work closely with Service Operations Manager to ensure alignment against customer objectives and needs
9. Perform all other duties as assigned including maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
10. (preferred) Bachelors’ degree in accounting, math or analytical related field
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
11. Comfortable working independently to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
12. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
13. Ability to communicate efficiently with project participants at all levels within their team
