My client, an innovative and rapidly scaling provider of back-office, EOR, BPO, and funding solutions for recruitment agencies, is seeking an ambitious Business Developer to drive expansion across the UK staffing sector.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with proven Recruitment Services experience -especially those who have sold contract recruitment, placed contractors, or worked as a successful permanent recruiter - who now wants to transition out of recruitment into a business development position with huge earning potential.

My client is a fast-growing, automation-led organisation providing essential back-office solutions to recruitment agencies in the UK and North America. Their mission is to become the #1 provider of EOR and operational solutions to staffing firms operating in the USA.
The Role
You will be responsible for leading client acquisition and expanding market presence across the UK recruitment industry, focusing on agencies trading in the US market.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
* Proactively identify and engage recruitment firms through networking, referrals, research, and targeted outreach
* Build and nurture high-quality pipelines through LinkedIn, phone, email, and community engagement
Discovery & Sales Meetings
* Conduct discovery calls supported initially by the founder
* Progress to independently running full sales cycles
* Deliver persuasive, value-driven conversations with recruitment owners and leaders
Community & Brand Building
* Attend and represent the brand at London recruitment events
* Build online presence through posting, engaging, and participating in industry discussions
* Help create a thriving community that drives inbound opportunities
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be:
* A successful Recruitment Consultant, ideally with experience placing contractors or selling contract recruitment
* Tenacious, persuasive, ambitious, and highly driven
* Experienced in new business generation (not just account management)
* Confident working remotely
* Motivated by high earnings and career progression
* 3–7+ years in B2B sales, business development, or recruitment
