We are currently looking to recruit a Lead Electrical Maintenance Technician for the delivery of Electrical PPM and Reactive maintenance Services, reporting to the M&E manager for technical support, the role will provide all aspects of electrical maintenance, including but not limited to: Planned Preventative Maintenance Fault Finding Remedial Repairs New Installation Works Professional advice The role is a key function within the Estates department, to ensure the care and protection of the collections and making sure buildings are fit for purpose. Ensuring effective consultation and collaboration with stakeholders, to address prioritisation, and resolve conflicting objectives/demands where they exist. Closing Date: 06/07/2025 The post holder will be Qualified to a minimum C&G 2391 (Electrical Installation), NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations, Electrical Installations 18th Edition or equivalent with AM2. Considerable hands-on technical experience working with single and 3 phase electrical distribution and repairs. Proven knowledge, experience, and capability to diagnose faults on electrical and mechanical equipment in large commercial properties. The role will be engaged on an annualised hours contract working a 5 over 7-day shift rota.
