Job Title: Yacht Team Manager Location: London, Monaco, or anywhere in the EU Department: Sales & Marketing Salary: €100,000 bonus healthcare, pension & other benefits About the Role Our client, a fast-growing global yacht fuel trading firm, is seeking an experienced Yacht Team Manager to lead their trading team and drive growth across key regions, including the US and Caribbean. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone with deep experience in the superyacht market (30m) and a strong understanding of how Captains operate, make decisions, and select trusted partners. The successful candidate will combine proven yacht industry credibility with a corporate marketing mindset, capable of shaping a clear market strategy that will be executed in partnership with Peninsula’s marketing team. You will lead a high-performing sales team, grow fuel trading volumes, and build long-term, trusted relationships with Captains and key stakeholders globally. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and manage the yacht fuel trading team to achieve ambitious revenue and volume targets Contribute to and execute a global business plan to increase brand visibility and fuel market share across priority regions Build, maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with superyacht Captains and key decision-makers worldwide Apply prior experience selling products and services directly to superyacht Captains (e.g. navigational technology, telecoms, Wi-Fi, coatings, refits or upgrades) to build credibility and drive fuel trading relationships Work closely with Peninsula’s marketing team to shape and deliver a strategic marketing plan aligned with commercial objectives Collaborate with European teams and senior management to implement short- and long-term business strategies Proactively manage commercial risk, including customer and supplier vetting, credit exposure, and payment performance Monitor market trends, sector developments, and competitor activity to inform commercial decision-making Candidate Profile Proven experience within the superyacht industry (30m) with strong global market knowledge Demonstrated track record of selling directly into superyacht Captains and understanding their operational and commercial priorities Previous experience leading and developing sales or trading teams within yacht-related services or products Strong commercial acumen with the ability to think strategically and drive structured growth Corporate marketing mindset, with experience contributing to or shaping marketing strategies in partnership with dedicated marketing teams Excellent communicator, negotiator, and influencer with a people-first leadership approach Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous High level of computer literacy, including CRM systems and reporting tools Why Apply?
