An exciting opportunity has arisen for a B6 Physiotherapist to join the existing team within the Community Rehabilitation service within Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership. The post would be static, based in Inverurie and cover Inverurie and Banff areas in the community hospital and domiciliary settings. We are looking for a suitably experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to work in this area. The post holder will be expected to undertake specific specialist Physiotherapy assessment and interventions for patients in a variety of settings including community hospital, domiciliary and Pulmonary Rehabilitation services. Availability of a car for work purposes and a valid UK driving license is essential for this post. The post holder will work autonomously and have the opportunity to experience a varied and extensive community rehabilitation caseload, including delivery of pulmonary rehabilitation classes. They will work alongside the wider multi-disciplinary team, other physiotherapists and HCSW’s in the delivery of patient centred interventions. The post holder will also be the expected to work on their own at times as well as in partnership with multi-agency and third sector services. Within the physiotherapy community rehabilitation team the post holder will work alongside the physio team lead, Band 7, B6, B5, and B4 & B3 HCSWs. Working within the team, they will have supervisory and educational responsibilities for Rotational B5’s, HCSW and students.
