We are recruiting for an exceptional Sous Chef to join the kitchen team of a prestigious Michelin-starred restaurant located in the heart of Mayfair, Central London. This is a rare opportunity to work in one of Londons most exciting fine dining venues known for its modern Mediterranean and Spanish cuisine .
Whats on offer:
Salary of £45,000 to £48,00 per annum (according to experience)
A high-end, Michelin Star kitchen using the finest seasonal produce, with a focus on sustainability and quality
Open kitchen concept with an emphasis on open-fire cooking, in-house butchery, dry-aged meats, and line-caught seafood
Up to 100 covers per service lunch and dinner
Creative and collaborative kitchen environment
5-day rota : 2 double shifts, 3 single shifts

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Were looking for a driven and passionate Sous Chef with a background in Michelin-starred or AA Rosette restaurants. You must have a keen eye for detail, thrive under pressure, and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and manage other chefs. A love for Mediterranean flavours and innovative cooking techniques is essential.
