Due to the location of my client, it is essential that you have a vehicle, no public transport is available to site.
Position: Laboratory Assistant
Contract Type: Temporary - starting ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare samples accurately and efficiently using pipettes and vortex equipment.
Employ good aseptic techniques to ensure the integrity of samples.
Perform simple mathematical calculations, including serial dilutions.
Maintain meticulous records of all experiments and procedures.
Demonstrate attention to detail and precision in every task you undertake.
Learn and apply specific practical techniques relevant to our projects.
Work with various technical equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability. What We're Looking For:
You will have previous experience as a lab technician/assistant or relevant work placement experience.
A strong willingness to learn and grow within the laboratory setting.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to handle technical equipment with care.
