Responsibilities
* Assist in the implementation and configuration of Pathlock solutions for new clients.
* Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and ensure successful onboarding.
* Provide training and support to end users to maximize adoption and efficiency.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation process.
* Document client interactions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
* Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to enhance the customer experience.
* Maintain knowledge of product updates and best practices to continually improve implementation strategies.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud-based software solutions.
* Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or software implementation is a plus.
Growth Path
* Associate Project Manager: Learn project coordination fundamentals, stakeholder communication, and Pathlock’s core products.
* Project Manager: Lead end-to-end projects, manage larger budgets, oversee cross-functional teams, and resolve complex project challenges.
* Senior Project Manager or Program Manager: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, develop PMO processes, and mentor junior project managers.
* Strategic Leadership: Potential to progress into roles like Director of Program Management, Product Strategy, or other leadership paths aligned with your ambitions.
