Triangle Recruitment working in partnership with a renowned Logistics and Warehousing organisation we are looking for a P.I. Stock Analyst, working Monday to Friday on a Rotating Shift Pattern of 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00.

Job Summary
To ensure stock integrity across all clients contracts.
To ensure a high level of stock accuracy.
Understanding of key reports based on stock balances and historical trend adjustments made previously.
To prepare customers seasonal stock takes.
Provide Planners with daily count reports.
Investigate and feedback stock discrepancies.
Implement Warehouse Count Matrix.
Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels in the warehouse management system.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Assist with any logistics queries or escalations where required.
Process incoming deliveries, verifying contents against purchase orders.
Organise and store inventory efficiently, ensuring proper labelling and accessibility.
Prepare and stage outgoing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and recommend appropriate action.
Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast demand and optimise stock levels.
Generate regular inventory reports and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices.
Ensure quality control is maintained throughout all processes where stock is handled.
Requirement to ensure best practice and stock controls are followed and enforced in external locations (this may include visits).
Any other reasonable logistics-related tasks, including involvement with project rollouts.
Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Knowledge of transport or logistics operations.
Valid FLT driving licence is required.
