Our client has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, organised, and people-focused professional to join their team as Operations Manager to lead, grow and manage commercial operations. This is a hands-on role, where no two days are the same. From managing and developing new bookings and leading high end events to overseeing staff, suppliers, and facilities. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across hospitality, compliance, finance, and communications, while fostering a welcoming environment for members, guests, and staff. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity (40 hours per week), with some evening and weekend work required.
