We are seeking a proactive Relationship Manager to lead client engagement, nurture key partnerships, and support the growth of our UK-wide operations and events. Key Responsibilities Client & Partner Engagement Act as the main point of contact for key clients and stakeholders across the UK. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, sponsors, and partners. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to exceed expectations. Represent the organisation at meetings, networking events, and industry functions. Business Development Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients and build new partnerships. Work with the leadership team to develop proposals, pitches, and partnership agreements. Support revenue growth by securing new business opportunities and strengthening brand presence. Event & Programme Support Collaborate with event management teams to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered. Attend events nationwide to represent the organisation and manage client relationships on-site. Provide feedback to internal teams to improve services and enhance client experience. Strategic & Operational Oversight Monitor client satisfaction and prepare reports for senior management. Contribute to the development of client engagement strategies and partnership initiatives. Ensure consistent communication and service delivery across multiple regions. Requirements Proven experience in relationship management, business development, or corporate partnerships. Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to travel extensively across the UK for client meetings and events. Commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset.
