Call Centre Agent, Telford, TF3 4NT. Orbit Credit Services is looking for Call Centre Agents to join our team in Telford on 19th January 2026. Salary: from £25,396 based on experience (on a 40‑hour contract). Operational Hours: shifts vary per client to be available Monday to Friday 8 am‑8 pm, Saturdays (1 in 3 per month). Flex on shifts for client needs between 8 am‑4 pm. 31 days holiday (pro rata) – including all bank holidays. Orbit Credit Services provides a range of debt services to our water clients, helping customers resolve their problems. Over 200 people work with us at our Telford office, located about 15 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the main bus station. As a Call Centre Agent at Orbit Credit Services you will support customers to achieve financial wellbeing. You will complete a 4‑week induction with a dedicated training team, then work with your team and leader on inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional service and building financial stability. You will handle calls from potentially vulnerable customers, providing solutions with care and empathy.
