Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 Basic + Bonus + Company Car
Pembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established dealership in Luton who are looking to appoint an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead and develop their Service and Parts departments.

The Role:

Full responsibility for the Aftersales department (Service & Parts)
*
Managing Service Advisors, Workshop Controller, Technicians, and Parts team
*
Driving labour sales, parts sales, efficiency, and utilisation
*
Monitoring KPIs and delivering strong departmental profitability
*
Ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction (CSI)
*
Managing budgets, forecasts, and reporting to senior management
*
Ensuring compliance with FCA and Health & Safety regulations
*
Recruiting, training, and developing staff
The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or experienced Service Manager ready to step up

Strong financial and commercial awareness
*
Track record of improving performance and profitability
*
Excellent leadership and motivational skills
*
Customer-focused with strong organisational ability
*
Full UK driving licence
