Our well-established Newark based client is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to join their marketing team on a full time, permanent basis. You'll help to maximise engagement, lead generation and automate engagement with customers., As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you'll be responsible for the analytics across all platforms guiding the team on adaptations and necessary optimisations, as well as:
* Establishing and optimising web analysis tools such as Google Analytics 4
* Establishing and implementing a tracking code and measurement system for all activities
* Developing a single report tool (PowerBI) to pull in performance data and metrics from all channels
* Working with the sector marketing specialist(s) launching campaigns to reach targets
* Making recommendations to the sector marketing specialist, head of marketing and wider team to improve conversion rates
* Using key metrics to identify opportunities to increase active campaign performance
* Ensuring regular communication about tracking and reporting on existing campaigns
The ideal Digital Marketing Analyst will have digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B, as well as:
* Experience with analytical and reporting tool Google Analytics
* Strong knowledge and expertise in SEO / SEA and other digital platforms
* Demonstrable results / project achievements
* Ability to plan and implement projects to achieve key milestones
* Results-oriented mindset and the ability to break down complex structures
* Ability to react well under pressure and prioritise workload
