The ideal candidate will have a background in maintenance, manufacturing, or production with multi-skilled (mechanical & electrical) experience. The Person: Time-served Multi-Skilled Engineer (maintenance/manufacturing/production). Strong practical knowledge across mechanical and electrical disciplines. Excellent communicator with a mentoring mindset. Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to visit employer sites. Teaching/assessing quals not required - full training provided.
