Description
Responsibilities
* Manage procurement lifecycle for new and renewed concession agreements.
* Support the development of sourcing strategies to attract strong commercial partners.
* Prepare and evaluate tenders for retail, F&B, parking and surface transportation.
* Assist in drafting agreements including fixed rent, revenue share and service KPIs.
* Work closely with the commercial, finance and property teams on planning and delivery.
* Track commercial performance, contract terms and market benchmarks.
* Maintain and update concession contract registers and renewal schedules.
* Monitor service quality and passenger feedback across concession areas.
* Provide spend and revenue analysis to support commercial planning.
* Support market engagement and analysis of customer and retail trends.
Profile
* Experience in commercial, property or concession procurement.
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of revenue‑generating agreements.
* Good analytical and reporting skills, with a customer and service focus.
* Able to engage with internal teams and external concession partners effectively.
* MCIPS or working towards it is preferred.
Job Offer
* Salary of up to £60,000 + fantastic benefits.
