About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Associate or Senior Associate Project Manager to join a growing Project Management team in London. You’ll play a key role in managing and delivering a range of exciting, high-value commercial projects — from city-centre refurbishments and complex fit-outs to high-end residential and lab spaces.
You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership, mentor junior colleagues, and have the freedom to grow your own client relationships and specialisms.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver end-to-end project management for refurbishment and fit-out projects across commercial real estate sectors (CAT A & CAT B offices, industrial, retail, leisure, residential).
* Lead on project planning, tendering, reporting, and stakeholder management.
* Oversee multiple projects ranging from small-scale refurbishments to £20m+ complex builds.
* Support façade remediation and fire safety projects as part of multidisciplinary delivery teams.
* Manage and mentor junior surveyors to develop a high-performing team culture.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting business growth and cross-service collaboration.
* Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
About You
* Proven experience managing commercial real estate refurbishment and fit-out projects (offices, retail, industrial, or residential).
* Track record delivering projects £20m+ (new build experience a plus).
* MRICS or MAPM qualified (or working towards).
* Strong client-facing, leadership, and communication skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.
* Positive, collaborative, and motivated to deliver exceptional results.
* Experience line managing or mentoring junior team members desirable.
