Working under the direction of the Head of Patient Safety & Learning, the Clinical Practice Facilitator will:
* Lead on an evidence-based clinical education programme through collaborative working with key stakeholders and assist in identifying learning needs to target education interventions.
* Support a range of learners through delivering and facilitating engaging teaching sessions and support our clinical leads and champions to deliver and facilitate their own sessions.
* Support staff to develop clinical competence and confidence by championing reflective practice, clinical supervision and learning from incidents into everyday clinical work.
Our ideal candidate will:
* Be a qualified Registered Nurse and have extensive experience of caring for people at the end of life in a healthcare setting.
* Have experience in clinical education, supervision and assessment of staff and learners.
* Have strong communication, organisation and facilitation skills and be able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

This is a part‑time position working 30 hours per week normally between office hours, Monday to Friday; however there is an expectation that the successful candidate will undertake clinical shifts as required to maintain clinical credibility and competence.
