Electrical Design Engineer – Stafford – Permanent – 2D AutoCAD - £40-45k plus hybrid, 30 days holiday, bonus scheme & private healthcare cover
Samuel Frank is recruiting for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join a specialist Stafford based engineering company. The Electrical Design Engineer role will suit an Engineer with a Degree and around 2-4 years experience.
As the successful Electrical Design Engineer, you’ll need to have a British passport and not hold dual nationality.
Key aspects of the Electrical Design Engineer role include;
* Experience with AutoCAD software for 2D electrical modelling and electrical design
* Have some experience of producing detailed schematics and accurate technical drawings
* Some knowledge of analysing and solving design-related issues effectively.
* Successful Electrical Design Engineer will have experience in developing wiring diagrams, ensuring proper connections and adherence to safety standards.
* Knowledge of different types of electrical components and their functionalities, including the ability to select appropriate components for specific applications.
* Skilled in preparing and maintaining detailed technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project files.
* Training will be provided on how to use AutoCAD Electrical
* Electrical Design Engineer will need to be a British passport holder and have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years, as you’ll be put through basic level security clearance.
* Mondays and Fridays you’ll work from home with the rest of the week being office based
* The company encourages and will support Engineers taking on Chartered status / MSc qualifications etc.
* 30 days holiday per year as well as the statutory Bank Holidays
