We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Gateman to join a busy new-build housing development site. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining site safety and security while supporting smooth site operations.
?? Key Responsibilities:
Controlling site access and logging all visitors and deliveries
Ensuring all personnel sign in/out and follow site safety protocols
Monitoring and maintaining security of the site perimeter
Communicating effectively with site management and delivery drivers
Supporting traffic management and vehicle movements on site
? Requirements:
Previous experience as a Gateman on a construction site
Banksman ticket preferred (but not essential)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Punctual, professional, and safety-conscious
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
?? Certifications Required:
Valid CSCS Card
Banksman Ticket (preferred)
Right to work in the UK
