You will: ✅ Provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment ✅ Lead and inspire staff teams to deliver high standards of care ✅ Have strong knowledge of Ofsted, Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, and safeguarding ✅ Demonstrate resilience, motivation, and commitment to positive outcomes ✅ Be flexible to join the On-Call Manager rota when required Qualifications & Experience Required Diploma Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent) – essential Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or Level 4 Registered Manager Award) – desirable Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential childcare Minimum 2 years in a management role Why Work Here?
