WORKING FOREMAN – WORCESTER AREA
Start Date: Monday 1st June
Shift Pattern: 12-Hour Shifts
We are currently looking for an experienced Working Foreman to join a project in the Worcester area starting Monday 1st June.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Working Foreman/Site Supervisor
* Strong background in retail fit-out/refurbishment projects
* Ability to manage trades on site while remaining hands-on when required
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Valid CSCS card essential
* SSSTS/SMSTS preferred
Role Includes:
* Supervising day-to-day site operations
* Coordinating subcontractors and trades
* Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained
* Assisting with site works as needed
* Reporting progress to site/project management
