We’re gearing up to launch an exciting new project in the coming weeks and are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the team. Given the fast turnaround, we’re particularly interested in candidates who are immediately available or have a short notice period. You must have previous experience working in the public sector with GDS and be willing to attend / run workshops across the UK once or twice a month. Requirements Government experience GDS experience Experience working with UCD colleagues (User Researchers, UX Designers) Strong ownership of user stories, including running 3 Amigos sessions, elaboration and refinement Familiar with accessibility requirements Willing to attend and run in-person sessions (Birmingham, London, Leeds – approx. monthly) Comfortable running Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning) Requirements elicitation and analysis across complex environments Skilled in writing user stories, acceptance criteria and managing backlogs (Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow) Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience mapping processes, identifying gaps and opportunities Ability to interpret data, perform impact assessments and support decision-making Strong workshop facilitation skills Experience producing clear documentation (process flows, user journeys, functional specs) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguity Comfortable working across multiple workstreams simultaneously Benefits Competitive rate - Contract Inside IR35 Remote Working Supportive consultancy environment We are committed to promoting equal opportunities in employment.
