Role: Administration & Engagement Officer (Part-Time, 20 hours per week)
Location: Norwich
Salary: £23,809.50 (£12,698.40 Pro Rata)

As an Administration & Engagement Officer, you will:
* Enhance awareness of diabetic eye screening within local communities, especially underserved groups, including those with learning disabilities, in deprived areas, and non-responders.
* Work with the Stakeholder and Quality Assurance Manager to implement consultation activities.
* Analyze and report on patient satisfaction and experience surveys.
* Gather insights through engagement with patients, carers, and professionals via forums and collaborative relationships.
This role involves flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, with potential for hybrid working. Travel across East Anglia to engage with stakeholders and attend events is required.
Experience and Qualifications
* Experience in a customer-focused environment
* Creativity in social media and engagement with service users
* Awareness of cultural issues related to underserved communities
* Ability to attend events and deliver presentations
* Experience engaging with patient support groups is beneficial
