As a Facilitator in the ASE, you’ll design and deliver dynamic, inclusive experiences that unlock collective creativity and drive meaningful outcomes. You’ll help create the energy, engagement, and alignment needed to turn ideas into action and support our clients in achieving the future they envision.
You’ll also play a key role in nurturing relationships across Capgemini and with clients, contributing to the growth of our collaborative services and the ongoing evolution of the ASE strategy and team.
We embrace hybrid working. Your work locations will vary depending on your role, your preferences, and business needs. This may include working from home, Capgemini offices, or client sites. Please note that this role cannot be performed fully remotely.

Your role
As a Facilitator, you’ll support clients in driving transformation, guiding leaders to think boldly, and contributing to the growth and development of the ASE in the UK.
Your week may include:
* Leading conversations with stakeholders across industries to explore challenges and opportunities
* Designing and facilitating impactful, inclusive events—virtually, in-person, or hybrid—using co-creation methodologies
* Supporting ASE services such as Visualisation, Crowd Innovation, and Embedded Collaboration
* Building trusted relationships with clients and internal teams to focus on high-value work
* Leading internal initiatives to support ASE operations and innovation
* Mentoring team members and contributing to a culture of learning, openness, and support

Your skills and experience
We’re looking for someone who is curious, creative, and passionate about collaboration. You’ll be joining a diverse team of designers, technologists, and consultants who are united by a desire to make a positive impact.
You’ll bring:
* Facilitation expertise: Experience leading multi-day sessions with senior stakeholders to achieve strong outcomes
* Methodological fluency: Familiarity with co-creation approaches such as Design Thinking, Deep Democracy, Systems Thinking, or MG Taylor
* Stakeholder engagement: Ability to connect with and understand the needs of senior leaders
* Consulting mindset: Comfort with ambiguity and a focus on delivering value; sector-specific experience is a plus but not essential
* Creativity and innovation: A drive to think differently, inspire others, and explore how technology can enhance collaboration
* Commitment to growth: A mindset of continuous learning and a desire to support others in their development
Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
