Area Sales Manager
Location: Burton-on-Trent, GB; Leeds, GB

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities for our Cedral Facades product line. You will grow sales within your region by working with existing distributors and installers, and developing relationships with new ones.
What You’ll Do
* Drive network growth among key decision-makers and specifiers, including architects, local authorities, housing associations, housebuilders, distributors, stockists, and contractors.
* Plan and execute proactive activities to maintain and develop profitable sales.
* Manage opportunities efficiently and record developments using the company CRM system.
* Attend relevant exhibitions, conferences, and industry functions.
* Collaborate with colleagues across Etex and liaise regularly with other departments such as customer service, technical, and marketing.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in the construction industry in a field-based role.
* Proven track record of growing personal sales accounts and contributing to team success.
* Experience in managing profitable accounts effectively.
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
