In This Role You Will
* Maintain a sales ledger, managing all aspects of retail, and contract debt collection.
* Provide detailed account reconciliations.
* Follow the Scania GB Credit Control Policy to maximise collections and reduce overdue debt.
* Log, report, and resolve customer queries efficiently to maintain positive client relationships.
* Monitor and maintain credit limits, risk and exposure in line with group credit policy
* Generate and promptly send invoices to customers, maintaining clear records of transactions.
* Contact customers proactively via phone, email, or letters to collect outstanding payments and ensure accounts remain in good standing.

* Organised – able to simultaneously track and progress multiple accounts.
* Team player – work as part of a team, supporting one another to ensure our customers receive a fantastic service.
