Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Night Catering Assistant to support our catering operations in a staff canteen. You will be joining our onsite Catering Team based at Deeside Industrial Estate CH5.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with food preparation, serving meals, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, and ensuring food safety standards are met.
You will need to be reliable, efficient, and passionate about providing excellent service. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a keen interest in catering, we would love to hear from you.
This is a Permanent role, 20hrs per week, working Night Shift - Monday to Thursday 10pm - 2am & Friday 6pm - 10pm.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain food and beverage service areas attractively and hygienically.
* Assist in food preparation and cooking as required.
* Serve all food & drinks to high standards using correct tools and presentation techniques.
* Understand food and beverage concepts, advise customers, and identify upselling opportunities.
* Ensure merchandising at service counters and dining areas has correctly priced, labelled, and in-date products.
Key Requirements
* Catering experience preferred; Level 2 Food Safety is an advantage.
* Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-service team.
* Vending & barista experience is an advantage.
* Knowledge of Basic Food Hygiene, Natasha's Law, Health & Safety, and C.O.S.H.H. compliance.
* Maintain cleanliness of equipment, kitchen, and service areas per cleaning schedules.
