The client is looking for an ambitious and personable Assistant Centre Manager with a drive for operational excellence and a keen eye for detail. As the Assistant Centre Manager at a world-class serviced office in central London, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the company’s high standards, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and delivering an unforgettable experience to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee on-site staff, including Client Experience Assistants, cleaners, maintenance, and contractors, ensuring balanced task distribution and smooth daily operations.
2. Lead regular 1:1 meetings, set goals, and support individual development plans.
3. Coordinate and document daily team briefings.
4. Manage rotas, authorize leave, and track team absences.
5. Act as Centre Manager when required.
6. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hospitality throughout the Centre.
