QA Automation Test Engineer | £45,000–£60,000 | Hybrid (2 Days in London) | Mandarin Speaker Required
We’re looking for a QA Automation Test Engineer to join a fast-growing, global technology company. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a collaborative team working on cutting-edge products used by international brands.
📍 Location: Hybrid – 2 days/week in a London office
💰 Salary: £45,000 to £60,000 DOE
🗣 Language: Fluent Mandarin and English required
What You’ll Do:
* Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks
* Lead regression, integration, and performance testing
* Collaborate across DevOps, development, and product teams
* Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines
* Improve testing processes, tools, and documentation
* Represent QA in stakeholder meetings and demos
What You’ll Need:
* 2+ years’ experience in software QA, both manual and automated
* Strong skills in Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
* Scripting knowledge (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
* Familiarity with performance testing (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)
* CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
* Solid understanding of databases (Oracle/MySQL) and Linux systems
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Bonus Points For:
* Experience with security or performance testing
* Knowledge of BDD tools (e.g., Cucumber)
* Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization (AWS, Docker, etc.)
* API testing experience (Postman, RestAssured)
