We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners, helping them to thrive academically and socially.

Salary: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons for KS1 pupils.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to children, including those with additional needs.
* Assist with classroom management and creating a positive learning environment.
* Prepare resources and help with classroom displays.
* Promote the school’s values and encourage positive behaviour.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children in a school or similar setting (KS1 experience desirable).
* A caring, patient, and proactive approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to follow instructions and use initiative.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
