We are a UK-based cleaning company, specialising in Residential and End of Tenancy services. As our team grows, we’re looking for a confident and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative to join us remotely and help expand our client base.
The Role:
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for converting warm leads into confirmed bookings, building strong client relationships, and helping customers find the right cleaning solutions for their needs. You’ll play a key role in driving business growth through effective communication and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with warm leads provided by the company and convert them into confirmed bookings.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate cleaning services.
* Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
* Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
What We Offer:
* On-target earnings of R25,000/month, including R8,000 base salary + uncapped commission.

* Proven success in phone-based sales, consistently meeting targets.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

* Skilled in negotiation and resolving customer issues effectively.
