Overview
We are looking for a senior clinical professional who is a Registered AHP, Healthcare Scientist or Pharmacist with current HCPC or GPhC registration to provide strategic leadership and professional oversight in our clinical divisions.
Responsibilities
* Shape and deliver divisional strategy, drive transformation, and ensure the highest standards of clinical care, workforce development and patient experience.
* Collaborate with the Chief of Division, Divisional Director of Operations, and Chief Nurse to deliver trust-wide corporate, quality objectives and clinical strategy.
* Lead the development of the Nursing/AHP and Healthcare Scientist agenda and hold a Trust quality priority and central corporate project aligned to the register.
* Participate in the Gold on-call rota.
* Align divisional priorities with Trust objectives and embed a culture of excellence.
* Provide strategic leadership and professional oversight for the delivery of clinical care and patient experience.
Qualifications
* Registered AHP, Healthcare Scientist or Pharmacist with current HCPC or GPhC registration.
* Band 8d.
