Head Veterinary Nurse Opportunity at Oakley Veterinary Clinic, Reading - Excellent remuneration + Benefits
We are searching for a confident RVN to join us as the new Head Veterinary Nurse on a full-time basis.
What you will be doing:
* Working 40 hours a week with 1:4 Saturdays – flexible for right candidate
* Leading, training and mentoring the nursing team, supporting in recruitment, selection, development, absence reporting and monitor in line with CVS policy
* Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions that will be facilitated to encourage collaboration and professional growth
* Support in driving clinical standards and excellent patient and client care
What you will enjoy:
* Opportunity to create and implement clinics, developing special interest
* Working with strong team of 9 vets with several certificate holders
* Being part of a small but busy clinic that is passionate about diagnostic imaging (e.g. endoscopy, echocardiography and ultrasonography)
* No OOH
