Position Overview:
Leading Higher Education University is seeking an experienced academic to direct their Business Management degree program. Responsibilities include academic leadership, curriculum development, quality assurance, and team management of lecturers and specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the academic team delivering business management programs.
2. Oversee curriculum development and assessment strategies.
3. Monitor course performance metrics and student feedback.
4. Maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance.
5. Deliver engaging undergraduate teaching.
6. Build industry partnerships and professional networks.
7. Support student progression and retention.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field plus postgraduate qualification.
2. FHEA Fellowship or PG Certificate required; PhD preferred.
3. At least 3 years’ experience in higher education teaching and course management.
4. Expertise in curriculum design and assessment.
5. Leadership experience in academic settings.
6. Strong industry connections and professional networks.
