Job Description
The Management Accountant duties will include:
3. Take ownership of all transactional month end processes.
4. Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports to support business decisions.
5. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
6. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
9. Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
10. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
11. Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Accounting & Finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have the following :
12. Part qualified in CIMA or ACCA.
13. Proven experience in transactional month end processes.
14. Demonstrable exposure to financial reporting and analysis.
15. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
16. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
17. Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines effectively.
18. Knowledge of current accounting standards and regulations.
