What you will do: - Conduct detailed assessments of clients with learning disabilities to determine their needs and challenges. - Develop comprehensive care plans tailored to each individual, ensuring the highest quality of support. - Arrange and coordinate support provision for clients on our waiting list or those transferred from absent colleagues. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that all client needs are met effectively and efficiently. - Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with the latest legislation and best practice standards. - Liaise with other services, relatives and carers to provide holistic care and support. Requirements: - Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC). - A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work. - Recent or current qualified UK Social Work experience. - Strong assessment skills with previous experience in working with people with learning disabilities. - Desirable skills include local knowledge and experience using Corelogic Mosaic or Framework IT systems. - Ability to start as soon as possible.
