About The Role
We’re opening a brand-new Bills Restaurant at Heathrow Terminal 2, and we’re looking for a dedicated Kitchen Team Leader to help drive excellence in our kitchen. In this hands-on role, you’ll support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the smooth running of daily operations, ensuring food is prepared to the highest standards and service runs efficiently. You’ll lead, inspire and support your colleagues throughout service, help manage stock and food safety practices, and contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and high performance
2. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency
3. Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and cleanliness standards
4. Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge
About You
The right candidate will:
5. Experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen environment
6. Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
7. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
8. Willingness to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends
