Are you an experienced recruiter ready to take the next step into a leadership role? Five Education is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Team Leader to join our central Bristol office, working 7am-4pm.

About the role
We're seeking a skilled recruiter with experience in either the education or healthcare sector. You'll be confident developing business, managing relationships, and supporting others while running your own successful desk. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact within a growing company and help shape its future.
We offer a tailored position to match your experience and leadership style, along with an industry-leading commission structure (up to 17.5% of margin paid monthly).
Salary
Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 basic. OTE: Year 1: £36,250 - £44,250. Year 2: £42,500 - £52,500
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 2 years\' recruitment experience within education or healthcare
* Proven record of building and maintaining a successful desk
* Previous experience mentoring or leading others (preferred)
* Full UK driving licence
* Able to work full-time and commute to BS1 for 7am starts
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident, personable, and relationship-driven
* Organised, proactive, and commercially minded
* Motivated to deliver outstanding service to clients and candidates
