About The Role
Position: SIA Door Supervisor - Bournemouth
Hourly Rate: £14.68 to £16.30 (inclusive of holiday pay)
Schedule: Weekend evening shifts

We are seeking new Door Supervisors who embody our values to join our team in keeping people safe in Bournemouth.
Our venues, including Albert's Schloss, Manahatta, Banyan, and BOX, rely on our highly trained security team to blend seamlessly into the customer experience while ensuring safety and security for patrons and staff.
Candidates must hold a valid SIA Door Supervision Licence.
Your Main Duties Will Include:
1. Assessing the suitability of guests and monitoring behaviour in line with policies and legal requirements.
2. Ensuring the venue operates within safe capacity limits and managing crowd dispersal.
3. Patrolling the venue and conducting occasional physical searches of guests.
4. Requiring guests to leave the venue and/or refusing entry based on behaviour or suitability, which may involve physical intervention.
5. Protecting assets.
6. Reporting and recording incidents, searches, and patrols.
Requirements:
1. SIA Door Supervision Licence.
2. Experience as a Door Supervisor in the night-time economy (bars, pubs, clubs, etc.).
3. Availability on Friday and Saturday evenings.

1. Excellent customer service skills.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Smart appearance with professional personal presentation.
4. Ability to de-escalate and resolve conflicts confidently.
5. Keen eye for detail and vigilance to security risks.
During screening, you must be able to provide evidence of a 5-year employment/education history and references promptly upon request.
