Are you a Food Safety or Environmental Health professional with Hospitality and Food Hygiene HACCP experience looking to take the next step in your career? As a Senior Food Safety Consultant, you'll work with a diverse portfolio of clients across sectors such as hospitality, care, retail, and leisure.
This is a hands-on, client-facing position where you'll provide expert guidance on food safety and health & safety, helping organisations meet regulatory requirements and strengthen their overall compliance frameworks. This established and expanding environmental health consultancy is known for delivering high-quality auditing, advisory, and training services. They offer a collaborative and forward-thinking culture, with a clear focus on professional development.
The role is based in Central Scotland, with regular travel to client sites required - as such a full driving licence is essential.
A background in food safety and health & safety, gained in consultancy, local authority, or a similar regulatory environment
Experience with the hospitality sector, and Food Hygiene HACCP, is a must!
A degree in Environmental Health, food safety, and health & safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH) are all beneficial
Solid knowledge of UK food safety and health & safety legislation
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Central Scotland
