Key Duties and responsibilities

Posting job ads on platforms like Indeed, CV Library and across social media.
*
Conduct thorough screening processes, including reviewing applications, conducting initial interviews, carrying out DBS checks and shortlisting candidates for Tutor roles.
*
Manage the on boarding process for new Tutors, ensuring they understand their roles, responsibilities, and the support systems available for pupils with SEMH.
*
Provide administrative support where necessary, including managing schedules, organising files, and maintaining records & compliance documents.
*
Support Tutors, carrying out session observations, check-ins & feedback to ensure they are effectively contributing to the educational and SEMH needs of pupils.
*
Supporting with the quality audits of Tutor reports.
*
Solicit feedback from Carers/Parents, Schools, Tutors, and Pupils to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of tutoring support.
*
Support the business with projects, initiatives and other responsibilities as required
*
On occasion, organise and/or represent Chalkline at events to promote services and establish connections with potential Tutors and educational institutions.

Support with daily operations and business development.
Hours & Location:
This is role is full time (40-hours per week), however we may also consider candidates with part time availability (minimum of 15 hours per week).
Hours would fall between 08:30 - 16:30 Monday-Friday, with occasional Friday evenings (19:00 - 21:00 every other week as a maximum)
Overtime may also available on occasion.
You would be expected to work from our office in Netherton, Dudley however there may be occasions where you would be expected to work from home, attend events, network or promote the business in other locations.
