Field Service Engineer – Linde Material Handling
Join Linde Material Handling, a global leader in forklift trucks and warehouse equipment, as a Field Service Engineer. In this role you will travel to customer sites, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and perform preventive maintenance on a range of equipment from pallet trucks to automated solutions.
Responsibilities
* Diagnose and resolve technical problems on Linde forklifts and related material‑handling equipment.
* Perform preventive maintenance and essential check‑ups to keep the fleet operating smoothly.
* Maintain accurate service records using our latest IT tools.
* Travel to customer locations to provide on‑site support and ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications
* Experience as a vehicle technician, mechanical engineer, forklift technician, plant fitter, or plant technician.
* Knowledge of plant equipment, powered access equipment, agricultural machinery or motor vehicles is desirable.
* NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) is ideal but not essential.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Comfortable working autonomously and within a team.
