We have a fantastic opportunity for an Online Specialist, covering the Online Store Pick operation. Working within our Online team, you will be based in our head office with a hybrid working pattern. In this role you will help to manage the geography of our online operations, to ensure we are operating effectively and efficiently. Your role will help drive performance by improving our key delivering metrics. This will include analysing data to help identify opportunities and increase our operational efficiency. Good organisational and communication skills are essential. You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders including Store Teams, Store Management Teams, Regional Managers, Head Office and Third Party business partners operations team. Applicants will be based in our head office, situated in the Bradford area for a minimum of three days per week. There may also be times when you would need to travel further to visit our stores and stay overnight to support our stores or new initiatives or trials. This is a 12 month fixed term contract with full time hours, Monday - Friday. You’ll be responsible for things like; Drive understanding of the Morrisons Online channels to create a depth of knowledge. Identifying ways to improve our key metrics of Customer Experience and Sales through geographical efficiencies within the network Reviewing store catchments to ensure the right geography is being serviced the most effectively Working with Morrisons store teams, to understand how we can deliver a better service to our customers.
